Important note for US customers: Unfortunately, due to new import regulations, the cheapest shipping option currently available is ‘UPS Expedited’ for €70. We hope that the situation will improve and that shipping costs will be lower again in the future.

As all items are handmade, production times may vary depending on order volume and product type. Estimated production times are displayed on the respective product pages whenever possible.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary by destination country and carrier. International shipments may be subject to delays caused by customs clearance, local postal services, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped, where available.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in discreet, neutral packaging without external branding. For international shipments, customs declarations may include a general description of the contents where required by law.
Customs, Import Fees & Taxes
Non-EU customers are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, VAT, taxes, or additional charges imposed by their local customs authorities or postal carriers.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient where applicable.
Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Failed Delivery & Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, refusal of import fees, or incorrect address information, reshipping costs may apply.
