As a result, returns based solely on sizing or personal preference may not be possible where the statutory right of withdrawal is excluded under applicable law.
If you experience any sizing issues, please contact us. We will always do our best to find a fair and reasonable solution whenever possible.
Products that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged cannot generally be returned where the statutory right of withdrawal is excluded or has expired under applicable law.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect item, please contact us promptly and include:
- your order number,
- a description of the issue,
- photographs where applicable.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method.
Processing times depend on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are refunded only where required by law.
