1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through the online shop dollmode.com.
A consumer is any natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
Customers must be at least 18 years old to place orders through this website.

3. Offers and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the “Buy Now” button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
The contract is only concluded once the seller expressly accepts the order or dispatches the goods.
The automatically generated order confirmation merely confirms receipt of the order and does not constitute acceptance of the offer.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices shown are final prices in EUR.
According to § 19 German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is charged due to the small business regulation.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed separately during the ordering process.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the customer.
Estimated delivery times are stated in the online shop. If delays occur or products become unavailable, the customer will be informed accordingly.
Customers are responsible for complying with all local import regulations applicable in their country. Any customs duties, import taxes or additional fees imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Right of Withdrawal / Returns
Consumers located within the European Union generally have a statutory right of withdrawal, unless an exception under applicable law applies.

7. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.
8. Liability
The seller shall be fully liable:
- for intent and gross negligence,
- for injury to life, body or health,
- under applicable product liability laws,
- and in all other cases where liability is mandatory by law.
In cases of slight negligence, the seller shall only be liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.
Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Product Use, Safety & Personal Responsibility
The products offered are wearable items intended exclusively for consensual adult use. Keep them out of the reach of children.
The products are not medical devices, protective equipment or safety devices.
Certain products may contain natural latex or latex-based materials. Latex may cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. Customers are solely responsible for determining whether they have allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions that may be affected by the use of latex products.
By purchasing and using the products, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- products must be used responsibly and according to their intended purpose,
- products should only be used by persons aware of the associated risks,
- improper or prolonged use may result in discomfort, allergic reactions, injury or other health-related risks,
- products must never be used in unsafe situations, during sleep, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or without the ability to remove it quickly,
- safe usage practices remain entirely the responsibility of the user.
Customers are additionally responsible for proper storage, cleaning, care and maintenance of latex products. Improper storage or care may reduce durability, material quality and product performance.
Due to the handmade nature of the products, slight variations in color, finish, dimensions or material appearance may occur and do not constitute defects.
The seller assumes no liability for damages or injuries resulting from:
- improper or unintended use,
- misuse of the products,
- failure to follow care, safety or usage instructions,
- allergic reactions or individual health conditions,
- modifications or alterations to the products,
- or use contrary to common safety practices.
Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
10. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
11. Contract Language and Storage of Contract Text
The contract language is English.
The seller stores the contract text and order information. Customers receive the relevant order details during the checkout process.
12. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
