How We Verify Reviews

We want you to be able to trust the authenticity of the reviews displayed on our website.

Reviews can only be submitted by customers who have purchased the respective product through our online shop. After completing an order, eligible customers may receive an invitation to review their purchased products.

Reviews are linked to the corresponding order and can only be submitted by verified purchasers. Reviews that cannot be associated with a completed purchase through our online shop are not published as verified reviews.

Reviews are collected and managed directly on our website. We do not use an independent third-party review service.
